Maestrini Brass Water Intake Scoop (Oval / 1-1/2" BSP) Cast Hinges 250HP J250CZSSC 2000 ENGINE COVERMaestrini scoop strainer made from brass, with an oval shaped grating. This scoop is designed for raw water intake systems, such as those used for engine coolant. It fits through the hull with the grating on the outside and the male threaded pipe leading inside, usually to a valve to open and close the intake. The scoop grating can be secured to the hull using a marine sealant and is also fixed with a back locking nut and washer. Important note: All
