Deep crimson in colour, medium to full depth in hue. The bouquet shows blackcurrant and mulberry fruit aromas, supported by savoury cedar oak with hints of mocha. A vibrant palate of violets and mulberries balanced by notes of chocolate and blackcurrant. The finish is long and lingering with powdery tannins. This wine pairs well with barbecued lamb loin chops or herbed bean, mushroom and
