Les Dazes comes from deep clay soils with Muscat selections of Chardonnay on 200 million year old Jurassic limestone (the same Kimmeridgian found in Chablis). Converting to organic since 2020. Hand picked, wild fermented, 18 20 months in barrel with extended lees aging.
