A 1946 1St Punjab Regiment Japanese Occupation Period Fan Newly Listed with his presence there attractingFan in paper with ten raised ribs, two large sticks, one on either end, forming the frame, with seven wooden sticks in between, all nine wooden sticks pinned together at the base, the top edge of the fan trimmed in gold coloured ink, a 1st Punjab Regiment insignia outlined in pencil and finished in yellow ink in the centre, inscribed "5TH BATTALION TOKYO 21 DEC 1946 24 JULY '47" in yellow, teal and black inks below the insignia, flanked by ten
